NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR COOLERS WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THESE VENUES

* Tournament directors may impose the “13-Point Rule” for teams who are violating the “No Food in Gym” policy.  The “13-Point Rule” means that the team’s next set’s score will start at 0-13, with 13 points automatically awarded to the opposing team.  This will be noted in the tournament director’s report, which will result in the club’s being fined $100.  During the tournaments located in Convention Centers, if your team is caught with food you may be removed from the tournament.

* Please also be aware of the parking fees at the Convention, Event Centers and Fairgrounds.

Dear Bay View Volleyball Participants,

Welcome to our facility! We appreciate having you with us and ask that while you are a guest in our facility that you please respect our facility rules, members, and staff.

Please review the rules below:

• Areas not associated with the tournament are off limits.
• Do not use the general gym, cardio, and weight room equipment.
• Help keep our facility clean. Be sure to use the trash receptacles provided to you.

• Food and drink are prohibited in the gyms and general area; exception Combatives Room.
• Entrance to the tournament is through the Event Entrance only (south west end of building.)
• Personal and team items may be stored in the Combatives Room and outdoor patio only. For safety reasons, items are prohibited on the staircases, landings, gyms, and general walkways.
• Disabled toilets are located in the building. Portable toilets are located outside on the south west patio for all other tournament participants and guests.
• Bay View participants and guests must come to event in appropriate game attire. There are no changing or locker room facilities provided at the RSF.
